Fresh Cut Flowers

Because Locally Grown Are Best

When Are Flowers Available

Our flowers start in early spring with Daffodils and other early favorites, and keep coming until frost in October. The blooms vary from week to week, and sometimes even day to day based on what they are, what the weather is like, etc.. Keep an eye on our blog and gallery for the latest blooms!

Who We Are

I grew up growing flowers and vegetables on my parents' farm. So, soil and plants have always been a calling to me. I am able to put this passion into practice through The Bloomery. We are flower lovers, tech geeks, photo hounds, and above all a family.

What We Are Growing

From Ageratum to Zinnia, we grow a pretty big variety of blooms. Our season starts with daffodils and hellebores, continues on with summer favorites like Black Eyed Susans and Zinnias, and carries through fall with Dahlias and Chrysanthemums. In addition, we grow a variety of succulents, as well as specialty foliages including Rex Begonias and unique Aloes.

Why Buy Local From The Bloomery

Longer lasting flowers. Less damaged petals. Better for the environment. Support your community. More variety of flowers are available to you. These are all reasons to buy our flowers!

Where to Find Our Flowers

We offer our flowers to local consumers through seasonal bouquet subscriptions. Florists throughout the Pittsburgh area can purchase our flowers in bulk through Penns Corner Farm Alliance.
